Service
All NEAL products are covered a by a 24 month warranty. Beyond 24 months we can provide servicing for NEAL interview products returning them to their original PACE Act “E” specification. Should your NEAL product require servicing then please return it to the address provided, enclosing details of your organisation and nature of any particular problems. Please retain a note of the model and serial number for your reference.
